Training
maramara* taldea considers a competitive team of translators the best way of guaranteeing quality. For that purpose, we select the best professionals and we give ongoing training to all the members of the team.
Our team organizes weekly meetings to solve the doubts that arise in our everyday work and to establish common translation and correction criteria. At the same time, the employees in charge of quality take part in courses organized by public entities, universities and innovation agencies, among others.

Mindful of the importance that new technologies have in our sector, we consider essential to know and use new tools on translation, management and quality, such as: computer-assisted tools and memories, management programmes, procedures to obtain ISO and UNE quality standards, the guidelines of the Data Protection Act (LOPD), etc.
The translators and proofreaders at maramara* taldea use usual programmes, as well as translation programmes such as LocStudio, Trados, Transit and SDLx, to provide a service that suits the needs of the clients. Moreover, we organize courses on how to use translation programmes, both for our employees and for anyone that may be interested in. Courses are also attended by our freelance collaborators, to benefit from this knowledge.
Thanks to ongoing training, we ensure our staff is highly qualified, we know the last trends in the market and we draw the best conclusions from the assessment of team work - in short, we offer an integral quality service.
